Right now we are all sitting at home in this time of LOCKDOWN and at the same time, we have to face a lot of problems. The only option is to boost the immune system and to include the right amount of all foods in your body. Another problem with all this is gaining weight. It is very important to reduce this too. I want to support you as I have also found some ways to get rid of my weight.

Weight loss means everything .. how you focus on your goals.
It can't be fit .. huge theory if you feel without going to the gym.
The gym is only 30 percent of the remaining 70 percent of the journey, which means eating more

I never really suggest it to many of you how to lose weight in just a few days because it has a negative impact. The race wins slowly and constantly.


Few big starting points:-

1. Drink a total of 3 liters of water.

2. Eat more protein.

3. Do not take sugar as a supplement replace it with The dates/honey

4. Take a light dinner and think about the servings.

5. For a total of 45 minutes walk or 30/45/60 minute workout. Increase the time, step by step.

6. Eat junk food in moderation once in twenty days. (for mental pleasure).

7. Have a balanced breakfast like an oat/peanut butter and bread/omelet/smoothie banana / any good smoothie / poha / less upma olive oil.

8. Fill your diet with green tea.

9. Begin your day with (any) detox water. 
(Detox water is water filled with fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Sometimes it is called water infusing fruits or water flavored by fruits. You can make detox water at home, using any combination of fruit, vegetables, and herbs you like, in many different ways.)

10. Don't apologize and remain coherent.
